What to Stream During Your Self-Quarantine (and Where to Stream It)

Well, here we all are. Odds are, you didn’t picture yourself sitting at home, avoiding a worldwide pandemic-level virus when you were deciding how to buy your Quiet Place: Part II tickets a week ago (but please, do stay home, and keep up with essential and trustworthy* sources of information for what you need to know and what to do…also, wash your hands). Nevertheless, with nearly every major studio movie until June either being postponed indefinitely or moved to a fast-track VOD spot (such as Universal is doing with The Invisible Man and The Hunt), being stuck at home is the unfortunate law of the land. And with plenty of time now for you to now watch that show you said you would watch if only you had more time, this seems as good a time as any for some home streaming recommendations. Below is a list comprised of eight movies and television shows that both myself and my girlfriend Chantal (with whom I am self-quarantining, sans when I’m called in to work) both recommend, as well as ten that we’ve each recommended of our own accord.
